Professional Staff

Dr. Moura has over 25 years of experience as an audiologist. She has been with the practice since 1999 and currently directs our audiology department and hearing aid practice. Rose has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders from Texas Tech University, a Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Moura is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). She is fluent in Portuguese and has a working knowledge of Spanish. Dr. Moura is licensed to practice audiology and to fit and dispense hearing aids in Texas.

In addition to the evaluation of hearing loss, her primary area of interest is adult hearing rehabilitation with amplification. Hearing aid evaluations are comprehensive, educational and highly individualized. Her dedication to aiding patients with hearing loss has been an invaluable asset to our patients.

Dr. Gemma Sicam graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Disorders (Summa Cum Laude) at Texas Tech University.  She received her clinical doctorate in Audiology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2006. 

Dr. Sicam is a Fellow of American Academy of Audiology (FAAA) and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Dr. Sicam performs comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations on patients of all ages.  She takes great interest in counseling patients and their families to help them gain an understanding of the effects of hearing loss and the benefits of amplification/hearing aids as a form of management/rehabilitation.  Dr. Sicam keeps current with new technological advancements in hearing instruments/devices to perform customized hearing aid fittings to improve patients’ quality of life. 

Dr. Van Kleeck earned her doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida.  She has been an audiologist since 1979.  She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). 

She is licensed by the state of Texas to practice Audiology and to fit and dispense hearing aids.  While at practice, Dr. Van Kleeck’s main focus has been diagnostic testing of all age groups.

Belinda Ritchie is a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS), licensed to fit/dispense hearing aids in the state of Texas. Belinda specializes in assisting the doctors of audiology in audiological diagnostic testing and hearing aid services.

Belinda has been with Premier Audiology and Hearing Aid Center since 2006. She enjoys performing hearing evaluations in adults and servicing/repairing hearing aids, and contributes to providing complete hearing health care to our patients.
